Baldwin appeared to be consoling Bieber as he held his face in his hands.
At one point, she also covered her face and they leaned on each other. Bieber looked a bit red as the pair resumed biking.
It’s unknown why the couple got emotional, and the pair didn’t publicly address the moments on social media.
