The two were arrested around 2:00 am at the Nasarawa Local Government area Collation Centre allegedly trying to disrupt the Collation of results of the Governorship Elections.
The chairman of Nasarawa local government, Alhaji Lamin Sani was also arrested by the police.

The incident is said to be responsible for the delay in releasing the final tally of the Kano State governorship race which is likely to decide the winner of the elections.
