Ruby Chinenye, a presidential aspirant under the Young Progressives Party (YPP) has issued a bold manifesto to Nigerians while making them understand why she is the most qualified presidential candidate.
In a short video, Ruby declared her intention to fight insecurity in Nigeria peradventure she becomes president. According to her, Nigeria doesn’t need a rich man to govern it rather it requires a man with sense and she has got the brains to handle the nation’s affairs.
She went on to assert that on the first day she is sworn in as president, no security agent will go to sleep.
