The former Lagos governor dismissed the concerns about Nigeria’s debt profile while delivering a speech on Friday at the launch of his manifesto in Abuja.

Tinubu said the “whole of America should be in jail” if taking loans to build infrastructure and attract development is regarded as a crime.
