The deal is also reported to be the second most expensive in US real estate history, with a New York City flat previously selling for $238 million.

According to the story, the Carters purchased the all-concrete mansion from William Bell, one of the world’s largest art collectors who spent nearly 15 years building the mansion.

The property was originally marketed for $295 million, but the Carters purchased it for a negotiated price of $200 million.
According to Forbes, Beyoncé has a net worth of $450 million, while Jay-Z has a net worth of $2.5 billion.
They married in 2008 and have three children: 11-year-old Blue Ivy and 5-year-old twins Rumi and Sir.
