Kim Zolciak of Real Housewives of Atlanta allegedly punched her husband, Kroy Biermann, the day before their divorce.
Kim Zolciak, an American entrepreneur and TV personality, has been accused by her husband, Kroy Biermann, of striking him in the back of the head the day before he filed for divorce.
Page Six got a police report that revealed this. According to the police report, two Milton Police Department officers came to the estranged couple’s Georgia home on May 4 after Zolciak reported a domestic altercation.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star informed cops that her husband had hidden the key to her costly purses, jewelry, and passport in a safe. She claimed the goods were premarital assets worth $175,000 in total.
The former NFL star, however, informed authorities that the products were marital property and that he took them with the purpose of liquidating them to assist offset some expenditures.

Biermann claimed Zolciak had a gambling addiction and had lately lost a significant amount of money. He also said they were talking about divorce or separation. Biermann brought them to the basement, absent Zolciak, and opened the safe at the cops’ request.
According to police, there were several pricey objects inside but no handbags. Biermann was reported to have reached inside and gave them Zolciak’s passport, which was in a Louis Vuitton bag.
He informed investigators that Zolciak had punched him in the back of the head during a previous confrontation over the disputed property, but he had no visible injuries and refused medical assistance.
He created a recording of the purported encounter but ultimately declined to seek charges.
Zolciak, 45, then begged the officers to stay as she placed stuff into her car, including handbags and glasses. They stayed for over an hour and witnessed the two have multiple disputes. Biermann, 37, allegedly filmed Zolciak packing the car and then contacted his attorney on loudspeaker to explain the notion of marital property.
Biermann and Zolciak were then requested multiple times to be civil because their four minor children, Kroy Jr. (KJ), 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, were there.
Biermann contacted the officers after they had left to complain about Zolciak using his credit card. When they called Zolciak, she stated that she had purchased gas using a card tied to a joint account.
The former “Housewife” went on to say that the retired football star had not worked in seven years and that the funds in question were just transferred from her cosmetics company, KAB Cosmetics.
The next day, the day after Biermann filed for divorce, Zolciak contacted the same officers and said he had locked her out of their main bedroom, claiming she required access to her medication. Biermann told them he had left her medication in the hallway when they approached him.
The couple had been married for 11 years, but it was recently revealed that they’d been battling with financial difficulties behind closed doors for quite some time. The two are now embroiled in a bitter custody fight, with each claiming sole legal and physical custody of their four youngest children.
