Stanley Omah Didia, a.k.a Omah Lay, a popular Nigerian artist, has revealed how his sudden stardom damaged his mental health.
The singer said this during a recent Afrobeats Podcast conversation with media personality Adesope Olajide.
Omah Lay described his early troubles with popularity, saying, “At first I struggled, and it put me in a bad mental state because I was still trying to learn my ways.”
“However, over time, I became more at ease and realized that I should move at my own pace.”
“I became much stronger and began to enjoy my life more as soon as I realized that.”
Kanyidaily recalls that Omah Lay showcased impressive artistry with “Boy Alone” deluxe.
