Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy has visited the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, Amina Mohammed, at the UN headquarters in New York.
The UN deputy secretary-general, who disclosed this on her Twitter page on Thursday, shared a photo of herself with the Afrobeats singer who she described as being among the creatives who continue to “inspire young people around the world.”
Mohammed wrote, “I had the opportunity to welcome my compatriot @burnaboy here at the @UN HQ. Burna continues to inspire young people around the world with his amazing talents.”
