“If I Knock Your Head” – Odumodublvck, Khaid Fights Over Headies ‘Rookie of The Year’ Award

Fast-rising singer, Khaid and rapper, Odumodublvck, clashed over who deserve the “Rookie of The Year” at the upcoming 16th annual Headies Award.

KanyiDaily recalls that Odumodublvck and Khaid were nominated for the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award alongside Eltee Skhillz, Bayanni, Guchi and Bloody Civilian.

The supremacy battle started when a Twitter influencer, Asiwaju Lerry asked netizens to weigh in on who would emerge victorious if the award came down to Khaid and Odumodublvck.

“If Headies Rookie of the year was down to Khaid and Odumodu, who is winning?” Asiwaju Lerry asked.

Reacting to the tweet, Khaid emphasized that the stats and numbers in his favor speak for themselves, asserting that he truly deserves the recognition.

Khaid tweeted; “Evian pass Evian, Check d numbers & do the math”

Feeling offended by Khaid’s response, Odumodublvck threatened to deliver a physical blow to the singer. He wrote, “IF I KNOCK THAT YOUR HEAD.”

In retaliation, Khaid used lyrics from Odumodublvck’s own songs to insult him, asserting his superiority. He wrote, “Ebelebe Runner…Na me be your father”

KanyiDaily recalls that Nigerian music icon, 2face Idibia recently expressed his support for Odumodublvck and singer, Bella Shmurda, who fled when some alleged cultists disrupted a recent show at the Lagos State University (LASU).
