Ossai had criticized Afrobeats superstar Davido over his choice of attire in his pre-wedding photos with Chioma Rowland.
He claimed that Davido’s Yoruba outfit was disrespectful to Igbo culture as Chioma hails from the Igbo ethnic group.
Reacting in the comment section, Ugezu Ugezu advised Ossai to speak only about Igbo culture based on his knowledge or seek clarification.
He clarified that such dressing choices may be for showmanship but do not violate Igbo traditions.
The movie star emphasized that no Igbo family would disapprove of an in-law based on their attire.
“Please my brother, when you wish to talk about Ndigbo say only the things you know or you ask questions.
“What you just said has no place in Ugbo tradition. People can do that for the razzmatazz, but it is not rooted in culture to warrant a mention.
“No family in Igboland will frown at their in-law because he dressed his root. One Love”, Ugezu wrote.
Meanwhile, BBNaija star, Uriel Oputa has expressed her happiness for Chioma Rowland over her wedding to Davido.
