Court Issues Public Summons For Yahaya Bello Over Alleged N110.4 Billion Fraud

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory has issued a public summons for former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello to appear in court to face 16 new allegations against him.

Justice Maryanne Anenih held that Yahaya Bello is required to appear in court on October 24 for his arraignment, along with two other defendants.

The summons was granted after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) made a request to the court on Thursday. October 3.
