Northerners Storm Street To Celebrate Buhari’s Death [Video]

Some Nigerians in the northern region have taken to the streets to celebrate the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

KanyiDaily had reported that Muhammdu Buhari died in London around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday after battling a long illness.

While many across the country are mourning Buhari’s death, reactions have been mixed on social media.

A video circulating online shows groups of Northerners gathered in public, smiling and laughing as they marked the former leader’s death with jubilation.

The video has sparked a wave of reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing shock, anger, or support depending on their views of the late president.

Some users criticized the celebratory mood, calling it disrespectful, while others argued that the reactions reflect the deep frustrations many people felt during Buhari’s time in office.
