Tattooed thug? No,he is a university professor from the Czech Republic bidding to become country’s president

He might be a marked man but this artist has grand designs on becoming the world’s first fully-tattooed head of state. Despite ink covering 90 per cent of Vladimir Franz’s (pictured) body, he thinks he is the perfect candidate to be the next President of the Czech Republic. He hopes to replace Vaclav Klaus, who has been President of the Czech Republic since 2003.
I was about asking do you think he’ll make a good president but i remembered you don’t judge a book by its cover…What do you think of this President wannabe and his tattoos?
