A man was ordered out of his Lexus car to do several frog jump as punishment in broad daylight, for obstructing the movement of a commercial motorcycle who was transporting a Nigerian soldier.
According to the video clip, the incident occurred today in front of a barracks in Mile 2, Lagos, where we see the victim serving his punishment from one point of the road to other for what is believed to be an unintentional act.
