“I Was Touching What Was Inside The Panty When She Woke Up” – Philippines President Confesses

Controversial Philippines president, Rodrigo Duterte has admitted to having assaulted a maid when he was a teenager.

During a speech criticizing abuses within the Catholic Church over it’s alleged sexual abuse scandals, of which the president has also claimed to be a victim, Duterte publicly confessed to the assaulting a maid when he was a teenager. He said:

“I went to the room of the maid. I lifted the blanket. I tried to touch what was inside the panty. I was touching. She woke up. So I left the room.”

Meanwhile, a human rights group, Gabriela has joined other citizens of the Philippines to condemn the president’s admission and called on him to resign, saying he is not worthy to hold the office he occupies. She said:

“This latest confession has brought shame not only himself but on the entire nation. He has proven himself unworthy of his position and should resign.”

However, as the backlash heightens, especially from feminists who claimed Duterte is notorious for disrespecting women, his spokesperson, Salvador Panelo came out later to claim the president had concocted the story.
