“I Will Congratulate Myself After The Election” – Buhari Says As He Casts Vote In Daura

President Muhammadu Buhari expresses confidence in winning today’s election as he and his wife, Aisha Buhari, cast their votes in the Presidential and National Assembly poll in Daura.

The President, who is the candidate of the All Progressives Congress was accredited just after 8am and voted at 8:07am.

Asked if he would congratulate the winner if he ends up losing, the president said: “I will congratulate myself at the end of the election.”

He left the polling centre immediately after casting his vote.
