Seun Kuti Listed To Perform At 2019 Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony

Seun Kuti, son of late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, has been listed as one of the artistes billed to perform at the 61st Grammy Awards which is scheduled to hold on February 10th at the Staples Center, Los Angeles, U.S.

Seun Kuti is expected to share the stage with Malian singer Fatoumata Diawara for a performance at the premiere ceremony for the 61st Grammy Awards.

The Afrobeat singer and his band Kuti & Egypt 80 have been nominated in the Best World Music Album category for “Black Times” released on March 2, 2018. Kuti’s performance will be accessible to online viewers who visit Grammy’s website on Sunday, February 10, 2019.

The singer who feels honored to have been featured for performance took to his Instagram page to share the exciting news.

“Hands up if you are performing at the Grammys.”
