2023: NNPP’s Rabiu Kwankwaso Picks Bishop Isaac Idahosa As His Running Mate

The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso has picked Bishop Isaac Idahosa as his running mate for the 2023 general elections.

Kwankwaso Picks Isaac Idahosa As Running Mate

Idahosa, who is from Edo State, is the Senior Pastor of God First Ministry, also known as Illumination Assembly, with its headquarters at Lekki Light Centre (LLC), Ajah, Lagos.

The cleric is called ‘Prophet Talk Na Do’ by his followers. He was born in the predominantly Muslim north, precisely in Minna, Niger State, but became a born-again Christian in 1979.

Announcing the development on its official Twitter page on Thursday, NNPP wrote: “Our VP Pastor Bishop Isaac Idahosa from Edo State.”

Rabiu Kwankwaso’s choice comes after he failed to get the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi to be his running mate for the 2023 general election.
