President Muhammadu Buhari and his delegates have been pictured performing the Umrah (lesser hajj) at the Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

The photo was shared on Twitter by the Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Digital Communications, Bashir Ahmad, on Thursday, April 13, 2023.

Bashir Ahmad wrote: “President Muhammadu Buhari and his delegation performed Umrah (lesser Hajj) last night at the Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. May Almighty Allah accept our prayers, Ameen!”
