Pere Jason, a Bayelsa-born singer-songwriter and performer, was crowned the winner of season 4 of the worldwide talent show The Voice Nigeria on Sunday, May 21, 2023.
He received the most votes, beating out the other contenders to walk away with the prized prizes, which included a cash prize of 15 million Naira, an SUV, and a recording contract from Universal Music Group.
Jason is the second Beyelsan to win the talent show, following Daniel Diongoli, better known as Idyl, who won in 2017.
