KanyiDaily recalls that during a recent interview with Vanguard, Felix Otabor revealed that he has not seen his daughter or received responses to their calls since she won the N100 million grand prize for the 2022 BBNaija ‘Level Up’ edition.
Mr Otabor, a seasoned hearse driver, recalled how Phyna had urged him to sell his old cars after winning the reality TV show, promising to transform his life.
Unfortunately, when he sold his cars as scrap and used the proceeds for home renovations, it marked the beginning of financial hardships for Otabor. Without a vehicle, his professional life as a hearse driver suffered, leading to challenges in supporting himself.
Phyna’s father emphasized his need for assistance, revealing that he’s actively seeking someone who can provide him with a car through a hire purchase arrangement.
Felix Otabor expressed his desire not to suffer in silence and lamented the difficulties he has faced since selling his cars based on his daughter’s advice.
Reacting on her Snapchat page, Phyna expressed disappointment that her family is granting interviews against her because she refused to grant them one offer.
The reality star said that when she passes away, she does not want to be buried. Instead, she wants her body given to her family, with the entire world watching them consume it.
She wrote, “When I die, I must not be buried. My body should be given to my family and the whole world must sit and watch them eat me. They just eat my corpse. Just one No.. family begin grant interview. Nice one. I will not die young”.
KanyiDaily recalls that Phyna had also expressed her anger towards Vanguard News for fabricating a story about her family and hinted at possible legal action against the publication.
