“Having Money Doesn’t Equal Having Connections” – VeryDarkMan Shades Bobrisky

Social media critic, VeryDarkMan has mocked embattled transgender, Bobrisky over his continued detention by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

KanyiDaily recalls that Bobrisky has been detained by the EFCC since last week over abuse of naira, currency mutilation, and money laundering.

Reacting on his Instagram story, VeryDarkMan said that having connections within the government or state institutions can be beneficial.

However, he noted that it’s equally essential to be law-abiding and respectful of the legal system for those connections to be effective.

The social media critic emphasized that simply having money doesn’t guarantee these connections will be of any use.

He wrote, “The truth be say if you get connection for state make sure say you get for capital, and also for your connection to work make sure you respect the law, not against the law, lastly having money doesn’t equal having.”

KanyiDaily recalls that Bobrisky was arrested on April 3, and has since been detained at the EFCC’s Lagos Command.
