KanyiDaily recalls that VeryDarkMan was released on Sunday evening, March 31, after spending nine days in police custody.
VeryDarkMan’s arrest stemmed from a petition filed by Nollywood actresses Tonto Dikeh and Iyabo Ojo, along with Samklef, accusing him of cyberbullying and cyberstalking.
Reacting to VeryDarkMan’s release on his Instagram page, Samklef taunted him about his weight loss, humorously noting the activist’s slimmer appearance.
The music producer jokingly welcomed him out of prison and urged him to share his cell experience with Nigerians.
Playfully referring to him as a “newborn again,” Samklef reminded VeryDarkMan of the necessity to regularly report to police stations.
He wrote, “Make him come share with us wetin him learn. Him come slim o! Now this is Martins. New born again…Welcome back to reality son @verydarkblackman remember you go still Dey go report yourself for police station. Waka jeje.S amklef from the 7th heaven. You play”.
