Peter Okoye documented the process of getting a hair transplant on his Instagram stories as he shared the news with fans.
In the video, the singer showed line markings on his forehead and wore bandages or gauze around his ears and the back of his head.
Explaining his decision, Peter expressed discomfort with his balding hair, prompting him to opt for the transplant.
He said, ‘Hey guys, Mr P is here. I’m here in Istanbul with Mr [name] who is here to look after my hair. You guys know I’m been very uncomfortable about it but guess what, you will see the before and after of the magic these guys are about to do.”
In a subsequent update during a lunch break, Peter Okoye revealed that 2,400 hair strands were extracted from various parts of his head to fill in the bald spots on his hairline.
Despite the procedure, he reassured his fans that he was feeling great about the transplant, stressing that he was doing it to look good for his fans.
“The extraction part is done, we have about 2400 and it’s time to eat. I feel better 100%, nothing to worry about; just to look good for you guys,” he added.
KanyiDaily recalls that Peter Okoye recently threatened to sue Polaris Bank and Access Bank for allowing for allowing scammers to open fraudulent accounts in his name.
