In a viral video, Oluwadolarz’s mom showed the small amount of tomatoes and fresh pepper she got for N10,000.
She explained that she was traveling from Ibadan and stopped at Mile 12 in Lagos, where she could only get a small quantity of tomatoes and fresh pepper for N10,000.
She also mentioned that the same amount of fresh pepper and tomatoes used to cost N2,000 before Nigeria’s economic crisis.
The video triggered mixed reactions with Some people sympathizing with her, expressing their frustration over rising food prices, while others suggested that she try shopping at different markets for better prices.
