2024 Olympics: Tobi Amusan Wins Women’s 100m Hurdles, Qualifies For Semifinals [Video]

World record holder, Tobi Amusan has kicked off her Paris Olympics campaign with a strong win in the women’s 100m hurdles heats.

Tobi Amusan, who is the current world record holder, easily dominated the race, finishing in 12.49 seconds even though she was in lane 9.

Alysha Johnson came in second with a time of 12.61 seconds, while Janeek Brown finished third at 12.84 seconds.

This marks Amusan’s third straight appearance at the Olympic Games.
