“Stagnant Fools” – Mercy Johnson Fires Back At Angela Okorie, Other Critics

Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson Okojie has finally responded to her long-time rival, Angela Okorie, who has been openly criticizing her online.

Angela Okorie renewed her attacks on Mercy Johnson after the latter celebrated her 40th birthday, and actress Regina Daniels wrote her a touching tribute.

Despite getting along well with Regina Daniels, Angela criticized her for marrying an older man, Ned Nwoko.

Angela also shared a post suggesting that Mercy Johnson’s birthday didn’t make headlines, despite her reputation as Nigeria’s top actress.

She then mocked Mercy, claiming that people are only pretending to like her, while in reality, nobody does.

She went further to say that even with all the “voodoo” Mercy Johnson allegedly uses, she still hasn’t reached the peak of fame.

“Ani, no mind those eye serviced people, upon the Jazz wey dem dey do dem no still blow,” Angela wrote.

In her response, Mercy Johnson posted a video on her Facebook page of herself and her children enjoying a day at the park.

She took a jab at Angela Okorie and other critics, calling them “Stagnant fools,” stressing that she doe have time to monitor anyone’s birthday.

“God helped me and made my life meaningful… I don’t have time to monitor or know anybody’s birthday date… wether e trend or not. Stagnant fools,” Mercy wrote.
