Cardi B shared the news on her Instagram page where she shared photos and videos of herself looking thrilled and holding the baby in the hospital.
In her post, Cardi B described her newborn as “the prettiest lil thing” and included the date September 7, revealing that she gave birth over the weekend.
The 31-year-old rapper shared intimate moments from the delivery, including a picture of her breastfeeding the newborn.
The photos also showed her daughter Kulture gently holding her new baby sister, while Offset lovingly cradled the infant.
Although they haven’t announced the baby’s name yet, this new arrival brings a bit of joy during a tough period for their relationship.
Cardi B announced her pregnancy last month, on the same day she filed for divorce from Offset who is seen alongside her, holding the baby.
Last month, the rapper also requested primary custody of their children and asked for child support from Offset, 32, known as a member of the rap group Migos.
Along with this new baby, Cardi B and Offset, who tied the knot secretly in Atlanta in 2017, already have two other children: 6-year-old Kulture and 2-year-old Wave.
KanyiDaily recalls that Cardi B recently confirmed her separation from Offset, revealing that she had been unmarried for some time.
