KanyiDaily recalls that VeryDarkMan recently claimed that hackers stole ₦180 million from his NGO’s website, and he recovered ₦20 million from an arrested suspect in Jos, Plateau State.
In a new video shared on social media, the activist revealed that he has recovered another N78 million, noting that an accomplice, holding the remaining funds, has fled to Ghana.
According to him, the arrested suspect confessed that the remaining NGO funds were taken by an accomplice who escaped to Ghana.
VeryDarkMan further shared plans to travel to Ghana to pursue the matter, emphasizing that an analysis of the hacked website uncovered threats originating from multiple countries.
He expressed gratitude to those who have supported him during this ordeal, stating: “First of all, I really want to say thank you to all the people who have reached out to me since this incident happened. Even people I didn’t expect have called to check on me, and I’m really grateful.”
“Thankfully, we’ve recovered ₦78 million, though the arrested suspect admitted his accomplice has fled to Ghana. Hopefully, we’ll head to Ghana soon.”
