In a statement on Friday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu described the loss as both sudden and deeply painful.
During a heartfelt conversation with the grieving mother on Thursday, the President expressed his sympathy, acknowledging the profound sorrow of losing a beloved daughter, a devoted wife, and a mother of three.
“In a poignant conversation with the bereaved mother on Thursday, President Tinubu conveyed his deep sympathy to the family during this time of profound loss, acknowledging the unexpected and heart-wrenching departure of a cherished daughter, devoted wife, and mother of three,” the statement read.
Tinubu also extended his prayers and support to Mrs. Kola-Daisi’s husband, family, and loved ones, remembering her as a kind, hardworking, and generous individual.
He laid emphasis on her accomplishments as a successful entrepreneur and a respected public servant, particularly praising her expertise in budgeting and finance.
He prayed for God’s comfort and strength for the grieving family and asked for eternal rest for the departed.
“President Tinubu prayed for Almighty God’s grace to receive her soul and provide comfort and strength to her survivors,” Onanuga stated.
