NAPTIP Declares Speed Darlington Wanted Over Alleged Rape, Cyberbullying

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has declared rapper Darlington Okoye, popularly known as Speed Darlington, wanted for alleged rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.

This action comes after Speed Darlington failed to appear for questioning following a disturbing video he posted on Instagram, where he claimed to have had sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl.

NAPTIP initially invited him for questioning on May 30, 2025 at its Abuja headquarters, after sending a summons on May 28.

But instead of showing up, Speed Darlington asked to reschedule for June 26, citing other engagements.

The agency declined his request, calling the issue a matter of urgent national concern, and gave him a new date of June 2 to report to their headquarters in Abuja.

After he failed to appear again, NAPTIP declared the rapper wanted, urging anyone with credible information about his whereabouts to contact the agency.

Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, is wanted in connection with alleged offences including rape, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking.

“Anyone with credible information on his whereabouts is urged to contact NAPTIP immediately. 07030000203 & 627. info@naptip.gov.ng“, the statement reads.

KanyiDaily recalls that Speed Darlington was previously exposed by a slay queen who he is making sexual advances toward her on social media.
