EFCC Releases Photo Of Atiku’s Son-In-Law, Abdullahi Haske Wanted For Money Laundering

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared Abdullahi Bashir Haske, a businessman and son-in-law of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, wanted for alleged involvement in criminal conspiracy and money laundering.

In a statement released by its Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, the anti-graft agency appealed to Nigerians to assist in locating Haske by reporting any useful information about his whereabouts to the nearest police station or EFCC office.

The public is hereby notified that ABDULLAHI BASHIR HASKE, whose photograph appears above, is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in an alleged case of Criminal Conspiracy and Money Laundering.,” the statement read.

The EFCC also released his photograph to aid identification and provided his last known location.

Abdullahi is 38 year-old and his last known address is: No 6 Mosley Road, Ikoyi, Lagos State; 952/953 Idejo Street, Victoria Island, Lagos State,” EFCC said.

The commission urged Nigerians to provide credible information through its regional offices located in cities such as Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, and Gombe.

The EFCC noted that useful information about his thereabouts could be shared via the commission’s telephone line, or email address.

KanyiDaily recalls that the EFCC recently detained former Sokoto State governor, Aminu Tambuwal for questioning over alleged cash withdrawals of ₦189 billion.
