May Edochie Reveals How She Met Ex-Husband Yul Edochie Before Fame And Marriage

May Edochie, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has opened up about how she met him, long before fame and marriage changed their lives.

In a recent lifestyle interview, May Edochie disclosed that their first meeting happened during her university days at a General Certificate Examination (GCE) centre.

She recalled that she had just relocated from Lagos to begin her studies at Enugu State University, while Yul Edochie was a student at the University of Port Harcourt.

“Way back in school when I went to the East for my university, I’m a bookworm. It’s always been about books for me. We didn’t meet at a party or any glamorous setting; we met at a GCE centre,” she said.

Reflecting on her younger self, May described herself as a disciplined and studious young woman who prioritized her education over social activities.

KanyiDaily recalls that May Edochie has been seeking a divorce from Yul Edochie following his marriage to his second wife, Judy Austin‘s lawyer.
