The 53-year-old rapper made the comments on Friday while performing at the Detty December Fest in Ilubirin, Ikoyi, marking his first visit to Lagos in 15 years.
Speaking to the audience, Busta Rhymes, known for his rapid-fire raps and high-energy shows, said the trip was more personal than just a performance.
“Even though it took 15 years, we are home. This trip was special to me because it wasn’t just about a show. I’m looking for a home here, I’m looking for property.
“I’m thinking about looking for a wife so that when I stop working, I can settle down here. But there will be a few Nigerian slash Jamaican grandchildren,” he said.
Busta Rhymes has never been married but is a father of six with four different women. His children include sons T’Ziah, T’Khi, and Trillian, and daughters Mariah, Cacie, and Miracle.
KanyiDaily recalls that Busta Rhymes recently confronted a young content creator who tried to mock him by calling him Tracy Morgan.
