On July 3, the superstar and the NFL player exchanged vows during a lavish ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City, attended by a large number of celebrities and notable guests.
The wedding was officiated by comedian Adam Sandler.
Instead of following the traditional wedding lineup, Taylor’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her “Man of Honor,” while Travis Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, stood beside him as Best Man. Taylor Swift also chose not to have bridesmaids or a maid of honor.
Both the bride and groom wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture outfits designed by Jonathan Anderson, paired with specially made Christian Louboutin shoes. Taylor completed her wedding look with Cartier jewelry.
More than 1,000 guests reportedly attended the celebration, including well-known figures from the entertainment and music industries.
Electronic billboards outside Madison Square Garden displayed the message “JUST&T MARRIED” to mark the couple’s wedding.
Shortly afterward, the White House’s official X account shared an edited version of the billboard.
In the altered image, the original message was replaced with the words “Trump is your president.”
The post was accompanied by the caption, “IT’S HAPPENED!!!”
The online jab comes two years after President Donald Trump publicly criticized Taylor Swift following her endorsement of former Vice President Kamala Harris during the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
At the time, Trump posted a message on Truth Social that read, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!” in all capital letters without offering any further explanation.
