‘This is plagiarism’: Beyoncé accused of copying choreography in new Countdown video

American singer Beyoncé has been accused of ‘stealing’ dance moves for her latest music video.

The star is alleged to have copied several moves for her single Countdown from a leading Belgian choreographer.

Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker claims Beyoncé is guilty
of plagiarism and has hit out at one of the music industry’s top selling female
artists.

Speaking to a Danish blog, De Keersmaeker said
she had not been asked permission by Beyonce’s record label to use her original
work.

‘I didn’t know anything about this. I’m not
mad, but this is plagiarism,’ she said
