The Nigerian Junior National Team returned to Nigeria yesterday Saturday November 9,2013 after winning the 15th FIFA Under-17 World Cup which took place in United Arab Emirates and yesterday (Sunday November 10,2013), they were hosted by President Goodluck Jonathan in Aso rock and below is what he gace to the team as appreciation for winning the cup.
Players: 2million naira each
Chief Coach: 3million naira
Assistants: 2.5million naira
Team Doctor(s): 500 thousand naira
Physiotherapist: 500 thousand naira
Team Secrertary: 500 thousand naira
Technical Officer: 300 thousand naira
Team Coordinator: 300 thousand naira
Media Officer: 300 thousand naira
Curator: 300  thousand naira
The players and key members of the supporters club will be given national honours at a date to be announced later. President Jonathan also appealed to state and local governments as well as individual and corporate  organisations to also honour the players.
