Fan Writes Open Letter To Britney Spears Thanking Her For Saving Him From Suicide

Pop icon Britney Spears has been credited for saving the life of one of her fans this week, after the supporter penned an open letter detailing how her music and kindness stopped him from committing suicide in the last year.

David’s shared his letter on his personal ‘Instagram’ page three days ago, nabbing 478 likes and shared by fellow Spears fans who commended the music lover for sharing what many will agree is a moving story.
