Man Caught On CCTV Stealing A Laptop From An Office In Abuja [VIDEO]
According to one John Omaloalu that uploaded the video on Youtube yesterday, he claims the man in the picture below was caught stealing a laptop from an Abuja office on the 15th of July 2016.
