Hope you read the second post: microfinance bank, married new wives, etc.
Microfinance bank is a local banking system that rarely has a branch system. So his microfinance bank is in Adamawa not Anambra.
New wives is also a term that is not related to new wife. This also is not related to the practices in Anambra or other southern state as it were. So, again, it is an Adamawa phenomenon.
In conclusion, Atiku was referring to his people not Nigeria.
