Tyranny fully blown. Desperation of power.
Moreso, the Hausa man JSC Tanko Ibrahim is the most senior judicial officer in supreme Court for the post and he's acting in the capacity of the CJN till the conclusion of the case...
The job of the President is to uphold the Constitution... By the Constitution the CJN may only be removed by 2/3 of majority of the Senate. 2. The Court of Appeal Ordered the CCT to stay proceeding..Now the Presidents says he acted on the Order of CCT...hmmm .. So the President is bigger than the Constitution?
