Shatta Wale Cuts Himself, Takes Blood Oath Never To Work With Ghana Music Awards [Photos]

Shatta Wale has vowed never to work with Ghana Music Awards again.

Ghanaian dancehall singer, Shatta Wale has taken a blood oath by cutting himself and swearing never to have anything to do with Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

His declaration is coming just days after he and rival dancehall singer Stonebwoy had an altercation at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards that disrupted the show.

Following the altercation, it was announced that Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale have been stripped of all the awards they won at the 20th edition of the VGMA.

Shatta Wale then took to Instagram his Instagram page to share a photo of a blood oath he took, vowing never to work with Ghana Music Awards again. He wrote:

“Upon sober reflections of events in recent times and having made broader consultations, I wish to announce that I will not be part of the Ghana Music Awards scheme going forward. God bless!”
