President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday paid a visit to Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, at the Lambeth Palace in London.
Buhari, who is currently in London for a ‘private visit‘, had in the past met with the Archbishop on several occasions.
The meeting between the Nigerian president and the archbishop was disclosed by the presidency in a twit on Sunday, November 10.
“Photos: Today in London, President @MBuhari was welcomed to @lambethpalace by The Most Revd and Rt Hon @JustinWelby, Archbishop of Canterbury,” the tweet reads.
The former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor and Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi had also visited the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby in his palace in London, UK.
