Man Strips To Underwear After Lady Publicly Turned Down His Marriage Proposal In Calabar [Video]

A video has emerged online showing the moment a Nigerian was stripped to his underwear after his supposed girlfriend turned down his marriage proposal at the University of Calabar main gate in Cross River State.

Before a large crowd, the man had got down on one knee in front of the lady to propose.

But the lady rejected his marriage proposal, saying she was not ready to get married.

The man who was dressed in a corporate suit, a shirt and tie began taking off his clothing as the lady watch him cluelessly.

Apparently the young man felt he hadn’t done enough to get her to say YES, so he decided to take it a step further by stripping down to his under garments, a white pant and a vest.

At the end, her reply didn’t change: “I don’t want the ring for crying out loud,” the lady told him clearly.

The frustrated man finally left the scene with his pair of shoes in his hand, his friend was on standby to carry his clothes along.
