Nigerians have taken to social media to call on the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government to pay palliatives via BVN following the extension of the coronavirus lockdown in some states.
KanyiDaily recalls that President Buhari had during a national broadcast on Monday extended the lockdown in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja by another 14 days.
Buhari said that the decision was taken in order to curtail the spread of coronavirus disease in the country.
Following the extension, some Nigerians took to their social media pages, asking that each person should receive at least N20,000 from all the billion naira donations.
