COVID-19: Police Flogs Bar Customers For Violating Social Distancing Order In Delta State [Video]

Officers from Delta State Police Command has flogged and arrested some people who for failed to observe social distancing at a bar in Ughelli area of the state.

The police had vowed to punish anybody who violates the social distancing put in place by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to cushion the spread of coronavirus.

A video circulating the social media shows some defaulters who were caught by Delta state authorities enjoying their selves at a bar and failing to observe social distancing.

The punishment meted out at the defaulters have raised eye brows on social media.

KanyiDaily had also reported that 65 young men and women were arrested for violating the coronavirus lockdown order by holding a birthday party at 84 Park Hotel, Augusto Close, Oko Oba in Lagos state.
