Nollywood actress, Gbemi Anthonia Adefuye, popular known as Toni Tones, has opined that the culture of “bride price” which is predominant in marriages, should be scrapped.
Giving her reason on a Twitter post, the actress said women are not properties, and are not meant to be sold.
“Scrap bride price culture. Women are not property to be and sold.”
