UNICEF Calls Out Nkechi Blessing’s Ex-Lover, Opeyemi Falegan Over N54m Donation Scam

Opeyemi Falegan, a politician and estranged lover of Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing, has been called out over alleged scam donation by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).

The polician had taken to his Instagram page to solicit donations for his foundation, saying he would directly submit it to UNICEF, and urged his followers to contribute.

UNICEF Calls Out Opeyemi Falegan

However, UNICEF distanced its body from the post, saying Opeyemi’s donation campaign is indeed fake urged the general public not to fall victim to the scam.

The post read: “UNICEF Nigeria is aware of a fictitious donation drive to raise funds for UNICEF. Please be aware that all legitimate campaigns for donations are hosted on the UNICEF website www.unicef.org and verified social media pages. Do not fall victim to this scam!”

The development comes after Opeyemi Falegan opened up about his messy relationship with actress, Nkechi Blessing, who he accused of dating him for sex and money.
