Nigerian singer, Harrysong has taken to social media to decry the alarming rate of insecurity caused by the Fulani ethnic group across the country.
KanyiDaily had reported how some gunmen stormed a catholic church in Ogun and killed over 50 worshipers, while several others sustained gunshot injuries.
Although the gunmen are yet to be identified and arrested, many locals alleged that the church attack was carried out by Fulani militia during Sunday mass.
Taking to his Instagram stories, Harrysong alleged that Fulani men have brought more pain to Nigerians than good, stressing that citizens need to get personal guns to protect themselves when they are attacked.
He wrote; “These Fulani men in Nigeria have brought more pain to us than good..I think we should all have guns in this country now. Cus we now obviously have to fight and protect ourselves from this heartless Malusss, I’m so angry with buhari rit now don’t even know wat am typing anymore, shit fuck mehn.”
KanyiDaily recalls that the Prelate of Methodist Church Nigeria, Samuel Uche had recently narrated how he and two other clerics paid N100m as ransom after they were abducted and tortured by ‘Fulani boys’ in Abia State.
