My Parents Warned Me Never To Date Nigerian men – Kenyan Socialite, Huddah Monroe

Kenyan socialite, Huddah Monroe has revealed that her parents warned her against dating West African men, especially the ones from Nigeria and Congo.

Huddah Monroe Says She Was Warned About Nigerians

The Big Brother Africa star disclosed this on Instagram while recalling when Kenyan President, William Ruto admitted how difficult it was for him to give away his daughter to a Nigerian man.

Monroe said she wished she had listened to her mother and aunts’ who warned her not to date men from West Africa when she was a teenager.

She wrote, “In Kenya, every parent warned their daughters about West African men immediately our boobs started showing. We didn’t hear word.

“As a teen, my mom and aunties told me never to date a West African man, esp Congo and Nigerian men. I wish I listened, I didn’t know until I knew.” 

KanyiDaily recalls that Huddah Monroe had recently opened up about her love life, saying she has never been single in her life because she can’t do without men.
